Weight Loss Challenge: Week 1

It's only week one and I have been struggling so much. I used to eat super unhealthy foods like cookies, cupcakes, and chips... When I started dieting, I didn't give away any of those food because the rest of my family still want to eat it. Yesterday, I had a half bag of Cheetos on my piano, while I was practicing, I almost started drooling looking at that bag of obesity. Then on the drive back, I heard my stomach growl and that almost never happen. Currently, I am starving. But the thing is, I never thought that snacks and stuff made such a big difference. But it does.... I seriously would sell my soul for a bag of chips right now. UGH!! The 30 Day Challenges has gotten me sore literally everyday, so I move like a crab when I climb the stairs. But the final weight of week one is 134 pounds. So 3 lbs gone!! And it's just week one!! So guys if you never try you will never know. Let's go for 30 and stay cool ma beans.

To make up for the ugly picture I drew of Baekhyun and Kai... I penned another Baekhyun....

  1. drink a ton of water. It makes you feel full so you dont get that craving to eat chips, plus its good for your skin and hydrates you ^^ try eating fruits instead of junk food for snacks too
